PhD I Nutritionist I CBT Hypnotherapist
working together to create sustainable change
A science-based Mind-Body approach
As a nutritionist and CBT*-Hypnotherapist with a background in behavioural biology, I combine nutritional science with mindset techniques and clinical hypnosis to help women create sustainable change.

Nutrition looks at the physical side; what your body needs and how food, hormones and the gut can influence how you feel.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy looks at the psychological side; thoughts, habits, emotions, cravings and the pattern that can make change challenging. Together they allow us to look beyond simply knowing what you 'should' eat.

Together we may work on:

- stabilising blood sugar
- improving sleep and stress resilience
- changing eating habits and cravings
- supporting hormone balance

I'm also specialised in supporting clients with digestive and food-related sensitivities, including food intolerances and allergies, histamine intolerance and IBS and digestive discomfort.
