About the event
This workshop is for Academic staff, Professional staff, Research staff, Research supervisors working at the University of St Andrews.
This session explore the link between what we eat and how we feel. Nutritionist and lifestyle coach Madeleine Hardus, PhD, will explain foods that can affect mood conditions such as depression and anxiety, as well as 'good mood' foods. Using interactives exercises, this session will equip participants to apply this knowledge to their own food choices.
 Aims and objectivesÂ
This workshop will develop participants' knowledge of:
- The link between food and mood
- Specific foods to decrease feelings of depression and anxiety
- Cravings
